The Junior Service League of Beaufort (JSLB) will host its 7th annual Touch-a-Truck fundraiser on Saturday, October 29th, 2022 at the Beaufort Town Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a designated Quiet Hour from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for those sensitive to noise. Cost of admission is $5 per person (FREE for children under 18 months old).
What is Touch-a-Truck?
Touch-a-Truck is a family event that offers a unique and interactive experience for children of all ages. Children will have the opportunity to see, touch, and safely explore their favorite vehicles that serve our community.

Our event will feature many different types of equipment to explore, including a fire truck, a patrol car, a SWAT car, stormwater vehicles, monster truck and construction vehicles! There will be an entertainment area including a kid’s zone for additional activities. And to round out the experience, enjoy music and fabulous food, drinks, and libations available for purchase. Tons of fun for the whole family!

“We are so excited to return to the Beaufort Town Center for another spooktacular Touch-a-Truck event this year! As JSLB members, we value enrichment in the lives of children and families, which is why it is so important for us to bring this unique event to Beaufort. Continuing this year is the designated Quiet Hour from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for members of our community who may be sensitive to noise and lights. During this hour, we will do our best to eliminate music, sirens, lights, etc. to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. We are working hard to put on yet another safe, fun-filled event that will help us raise money that goes right back into our community through non-profit grants given out in May” said JSLB Touch-a-Truck Chairwoman Kelly Troccoli.

“JSLB is excited to host our 7th Annual Touch a Truck fundraiser, which is one of the best fall time family friendly events in Beaufort. We are actively seeking sponsors for this fundraiser in conjunction with our 5K event- Truckin’ It with Santa. Please help us spread the word throughout our community. Not only will the event be fun and educational, but proceeds from our event funnel right back into our beloved community. Mark your calendar for a great event!” said JSLB President Abigail Lynch.

Please note: In the case of rain, the event will be postponed to November 5th, 2022. Pets will not be allowed at the event.
