Join us on a spellbinding romantic journey as boy-meets-girl with a twist. This time out it’s boy beekeeper-meets-girl physicist. Snapshot scenes of their encounters and developing relationship play with “what if” possibilities as they explore how different choices result in different realities.
Directed by Lean Ensemble’s Peggy Trecker White, the production stars Associate Artistic Director Ian McCabe and new Ensemble member Prentiss Standridge.

Lean Ensemble Theater is also proud to present a one-night only performance of the Greenville-based Warehouse Theatre’s production of William Shakespeare’s Othello.
What happens when evil and manipulation are loosed upon a world where inequity and jealousy already reign? When suspicion, xenophobia, and distrust flourish, how can love survive? How can we decipher the truth when lies and deceit become commonplace, and a person’s word is no longer their bond? Set in a stark, not-so-distant-future, The Warehouse Theatre’s touring production of Othello asks these timeless questions.
