LowCountry Habitat for Humanity will hold the 6th Annual Birdhouse Auction
on Friday, May 15th at 6:00 pm at The Technical College of the Lowcountry’s
MacLean Hall. The auction benefits LowCountry Habitat for Humanity and will
once again feature birdhouses designed by local artists as well as other
works of art, photography, and sculptures.
    In addition to the auction, the evening will feature live music, hors
d’oeuvres, wine and beer. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 on the day of
the event. The auction is being sponsored by Grayco.
    Founded in 1990, LowCountry Habitat for Humanity has built 30 houses in
Beaufort, Port Royal and St. Helena. The Birdhouse Auction is a signature
event and the only major fundraising event benefiting this non-profit
organization.
