Homes for the Holidays Celebrates at Celedon

The 24th Annual walking tour features seven incredible homes, all decked out for the season.

Join us for the 24^th Beaufort Homes for the Holidays annual event featuring a walking tour of 7 incredible homes located in Celadon, a beautifully designed, engaging, front porch community located on Lady’s Island. These inviting homes offer a refreshing twist on a traditional walking neighborhood – all professionally decorated for the holidays. Get inspired with new and exciting ideas for your own holiday magic!

Featured tour designers include Sweet Bay-Maggie Engstrom, Urban Brew-Anita Boose, Louise Mercer-Floral Designer, Where’d You Get That?-Cheryl Martineau, Social Betty-Cristina Swinney Garrison, Low Country Elite Homes Services-Brittany Paris, and Locals, LLCß-Connie Rambo.

A Candlelight Tour and Silent Auction will be held Friday, November 21, 5:00-7:30.

Tickets are $100 and must be purchased online in advance. (Limited tickets available.)

Enjoy Champagne and Hors d’oeuvres as you tour these seven beautiful Celadon homes in the evening, festively illuminated with holiday decor and luminaries accompanied with live seasonal music. Unique and exciting auction items will be available for bidding on Friday evening including a full-day offshore fishing charter for six on a luxurious 55’ tournament sport fish; a thrilling, adrenaline rushing Airplane Acrobat Flight experience for one (approx. 1 hour); a Brays Island Quail Hunt & Lunch for two. This is just a sampling of the irresistible items available to tempt you! Don’t miss this magical evening with a chance to meet the designers and homeowners. There are only a limited number of tickets available and must be purchased in advance. Special VIP parking is available Friday night only.

Saturday and Sunday Day Tours will be held November 22nd and 23rd from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. Tickets are $55 in advance and $65 on the day of the tour. Saturday and Sunday tickets may be purchased in advance on the website or at area businesses (cash or checks only) including The Sweet Bay, Sassafrass on Carteret, The Kitchen, Dataw Island Pro Shop, Celadon Club, Markel’s in Bluffton and Saint Peter’s Catholic Church office. They may also be purchased at will call on the days of the tour. Saturday and Sunday parking is only available at Beaufort High School, 84 Sea Island Parkway. Shuttle buses will be provided. Buses will run every 10 minutes. There will be no parking in Celadon. Restrooms will be available at both Beaufort High School & at the Celadon Club at the entrance to the neighborhood.
