Art League of Hilton Head’s annual fundraising benefit, Got Art?, promises to make collectors out of art enthusiasts. Each $100 ticket admits two guests into the event and participation in a live drawing that guarantees the ticket holder one original piece of art. Only 100 tickets will be sold. This fun and popular event is sure to be a sell out!

‘Anonymous Ancestors’ at USCB

The Studio Art Program and the Fine Arts Department at the University of South Carolina Beaufort presents Anonymous Ancestors, an art installation by Susan Lenz at the Sea Islands Center Gallery on the university’s Historic Beaufort campus through the month of September. A public lecture will be conducted by Ms. Lenz September 30 from 4:30 – 5:30 pm, followed by an artist’s reception. The exhibition is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by appointment.

9 to 5: The Musical’ Opens at USCB

For the first time since Grease: The Musical in 2014, all three members of the Sweetgrass Angels will appear together in a production at the Beaufort Theater Company. And this theatrical reunion only scratches the surface of the ways that 9 to 5: The Musical brings Beaufort together. The cast members represent a wide array of the communities that make up life in the Lowcountry, with ties to the military, USCB, the public schools, the arts, small businesses, and many other walks of life.
