The painting on our cover is “Stepping Out Blues Man” by visual artist, poet and performer, TJ Reddy. The York W. Bailey Museum at Penn Center will showcase a collection of Reddy’s paintings from June 28 – July 26. The public is invited to meet the artist at a reception from 6 – 9 pm on Saturday, June 28.
