The events continue on Sunday, October 26th from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm with “Fall Y’All” Family Fun Day sponsored by Coastal Orthodontics, Dr. Mallory Scott. A Halloween costume contest, “Doughnut Drop” contest, art activity and other fall inspired fun will be a great time for families and art lovers on the final day of the art sale. All events on Saturday and Sunday are open to the public with free admission.
All proceeds from the Soiree and a portion of proceeds from all art sales will benefit Lowcountry Montessori School (LMS), a free, nonprofit, state-chartered public school which opened August 2014 in its temporary location in the Celadon complex on Lady’s Island. LMS will move into its permanent location, in 2015, in the Old Shell Point neighborhood in Port Royal. LMS provides an authentic Montessori-based program to students from Beaufort and surrounding counties. In 2014, LMS is serving children from kindergarten through ninth grades, expanding through 12th grade by 2017.
