After a two year hiatus, the spring session of Lunch and Learn will resume at the Gazebo of the Port Royal Farmers’ Market at 12:15, beginning the first Saturday in April, and running until the last Saturday in June.

“While we were able to do an autumn session of Lunch and Learn last year, we are really glad to be able to resume our series in spring,” says the series producer, Sandra Educate.  “This is an invaluable source of gardening information for this unique climate. Newcomers, especially, are unaware of the challenges of gardening in the Lowcountry. This is presented as a free program by the Lowcountry Master Gardeners Association. No reservation is required. Just bring a folding chair to the Gazebo to Heritage Park Gazebo in Port Royal, and the program will begin just after the Farmers Market closes. Come early and visit the wonderful plant, produce and food vendors and stay for Lunch . . . and Learn!”
