“For the Birds”, a new art exhibition by the Artists of Sea Pines opens Wednesday, October 29 at the Sea Pines Community Center. For their third show of 2025, the Artists of Sea Pines have joined forces with Hilton Head Audubon in debuting over 60 original paintings and photographs inspired by birds, wildlife and the beauty of our coastal community.

When: Wednesday, October 29, 4:30-6:30 pm

Join us for an evening filled with live jazz from Sharp Five, delicious food  from local vendors and wine as you connect with local artists and nature lovers alike.

Pat McGreevey, a popular abstract and impressionist painter and teacher, is the exhibition’s featured Spotlight Artist. Her artwork beautifully captures the colors, textures and rhythms of coastal life.

“This collaboration between the Artists of Sea Pines and Hilton Head Audubon represents a perfect union of artistic expression and environmental appreciation.” Said Hilton Head Audubon President Kay Grinnell, “The exhibition showcases how art can inspire conservation awareness and celebrate the natural beauty of our coastal region.”

In keeping with the theme, a portion of all sales will be donated to Hilton Head Audubon and the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, supporting local wildlife habitat protection and environmental education.
