One Hundred framed photos by members of the Camera Club of Hilton Head are currently on display at the Hilton Head Public Library. During the first two weeks of the exhibit, the public had the opportunity to vote for their favorite photo for the People’s Choice award. The Camera Club is pleased to announce the winners:
1st Place Bob Ovelman “Four Ladies of Spain”
2nd Place Arno Dimmling “Stealth”
3rd Place Juergen Thiessen “Low Country Shrimp Boats”
Honorable Mention Ed Weinlein “Papasan In The Rain”
Honorable Mention Brenda Curley “Savannah Scenes”
Fran and Denny Baer, co-chairs of the exhibit state: “We had a total of 253 votes, and the ballot box was really full! We appreciate the public’s interest in this exhibit.”
The exhibit continues through October 29th at the library located at 11 Beach City Road, Hilton Head.
