Celebrating the Best of 2021 and Kicking Off Art League’s 50th Anniversary

The first in a year-long series of events celebrating Art League’s 50th Anniversary, the annual Member Show, Anything Goes!, officially kicks off the year in celebration of Art League’s artists and the depth and breadth of their best work.
Truly anything goes at this exhibit: any media, size, shape, form or subject. From 2D art in painting, pencils, and photography to jewelry, glass, wood and other 3D forms, exhibiting artists challenge themselves to create their most informed work – a bringing together of new techniques and ideas into the new year.
“This year’s Anything Goes! show will be a special one,” says Kristen McIntosh, General Manager, “Not only will we showcase our members’ creative achievements but also begin to celebrate and commemorate a milestone year in Art League’s history.”
All attendees at the opening reception on January 12 are invited to vote for their

favorite art pieces, with awards going to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. A champagne toast officially ringing in the 50th Anniversary year will take place at 6pm, followed by the announcing of the People’s Choice awards and exciting door prizes.
The public is also invited to attend free artist demonstrations and talks at the gallery throughout the month, featuring member artists.
The exhibit runs January 4–29, 2022. All artworks will be on display and for sale.

Exhibit: Tuesday, January 4 through Saturday, January 29, 2022. Art League Gallery open every day: Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm, Sunday 12-4pm and 90 minutes before every Arts Center performance.
Opening Reception & 50th Anniversary Kick-off: January 12, 2022, 5-7pm including door prizes. Attendees can meet the artists and help us celebrate with a champagne toast to our 50th at 6pm.
