USCB Center for the Arts invites you to an Affair… with the Arts. The setting for this year’s fundraiser is late 1950’s Mad Men style cocktail lounges created by local designers Lisa Mykleby, Liz O’Herron, and Ann Gallant. The evening would not be complete with out signature cocktails, finger food, and of course, a chocolate fountain. Live Music by the Bull Grapes, dancing and a show are all part of the festivities. Local artists have created masterpieces on dinner plates that you will not believe.
Throughout the event, guests will be able to bid in a silent auction to support the CFA. Items available for bids include a weekend getaway to Asheville, other nights away, cocktail parties for friends in beautiful Lowcountry settings, boat cruises, and original art just to name a few.
The Affair committee is a really fun, creative group of volunteers including: Laura Dukes, Lisa Mykleby, Liz O’ Herron, Ann Gallant, Missy Taylor, Casey Tumlin, Eve Fleming, Brian Mallory, Meg Lilly, Anna Wheeler and list keeps growing. The Center for the Arts does not receive any state funding. Ticket sales do not support the wide variety of programs offered. This is an Affair to feel great about for only $75.
