Beaufort’s own Blue Mudd has been selected to perform in the Piccolo Spoleto Jazz series on May 27th (opening night!) from 9:30 – 11 pm at Saffron’s on East Bay in Charleston. “This group is really special to me,” says Vic Varner (top left, with band mates Craig Washington, Delbert Felix, and Beek Webb). “The music we’re doing and the make-up of the group is really unique, and everyone brings so much experience to the table.”
