The Hilton Head Choral Society will present the King Singers, one of the world’s most sought-after vocal ensembles, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, at Holy Family Catholic Church. 24 Pope Ave. Founded in 1968 by six choral scholars from King’s College in Cambridge, England, this remarkable group gained international notoriety, performing in concert halls and cathedrals in Europe, Russia, Japan, Korea, South Africa and the Untied States.

   

The Choral Society’s elite Chamber Singers will follow with their Midwinter Musicale, a concert of season-inspired songs and romantic melodies, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at St. Andrew By-The-Sea United Methodist Church, 20 Pope Ave. One of the highlights of the evening performance will be a stunning rendition of Brahms’ well-known “Liebeslieder Waltzes”.
