Bringing together vibrant creativity and fearless experimentation, Full Spectrum Studio’s exhibition Art Beyond Limitations & Expectations (ABLE) celebrates the work of Lowcountry artists with disabilities. On view November 11–15, 2025, this group show highlights the bold individuality of each artist, offering works that range from whimsical ceramics and joyful abstractions to expressive mixed media pieces. Collectively, the exhibition invites audiences to see beyond disability and into the full spectrum of artistic possibility.
Founded in 2020 by Andrea Hattler Bramson and Judy Russell, Full Spectrum Studio is the only progressive art studio in South Carolina. It is dedicated to artists with disabilities whether visible or invisible. It provides a supportive, collaborative environment where participants are free to experiment with materials and techniques, from clay and paint to fibers and found objects. Each work reflects a deeply personal perspective, rooted in personal experience and perseverance, and

together they form a compelling testament to the power of inclusive creativity.
“Every piece in this show speaks to freedom of expression,” says founder/director Andrea Hattler Bramson. “Our artists aren’t confined by rules or limitations—they are defining what art is to them, and making it available to all of us!”
Full Spectrum Studio has already made a name for itself within the Lowcountry arts community, hosting open houses, participating in weekly local markets, and building partnerships with local organizations. With ABLE, their artists take center stage, demonstrating not only their talents but also the broader importance of accessible and inclusive art spaces.
An opening reception will be held Wednesday, November 12, from 5–7pm. The exhibit and reception are free and open to the public.
