At a time when conflict and contention fill our air waves, the Harbormasters, Beaufort’s barbershop chorus, presents Americana From Sea to Shining Sea, a show that will leave the audience proud once more to be Americans.
This year’s annual show includes a fun mix of songs such as “This Land Is Your Land,” “Take Me Out to the Ballgame,” “Shenandoah” and “America the Beautiful,” songs that remind us of our rich heritage and traditions.

The Harbormasters have been a part of the performing arts of Beaufort since 1999.They are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization composed of about 25 men who seek to enrich the town with their talent and their treasure through singing barbershop style music. This year’s chorus is an active sponsor of the music program of Beaufort High School and the Alzheimer’s Foundation in Beaufort.
On stage this Saturday the Harbormasters are joined by the Beaufort Belles and the
internationally acclaimed award-winning quartet, A Mighty Wind. This spirited quartet entertains with “a mighty sound and a whimsical flair”, which is one reason they are considered one of the best in the world. Individually the four singers have won 24 international medals!
