Over 90 local artists’ works are featured at the Beaufort Art Association’s All Member Show that runs at the BAA Gallery at 913 Bay Street in Beaufort now through Jan. 5. This show features over 700 pieces of artwork including one-of-a-kind, original oil, watercolor, pastel, and acrylic paintings, photography, jewelry, prints and notecards.
Seven artists offer 3-dimensional sculpture, pottery and expertly turned wood pieces including bowls, platters and salt and pepper grinders. Fiber artists offer felted wool wall hangings, hand-painted scarves, and Shibouri, a traditional, ancient Japanese resist dyeing technique.
You’re sure to find just the right holiday gift and cards at the BAA Gallery. Gallery hours are 10 am – 5 pm Monday through Saturday, and Sunday 12:30 – 4:30 pm. Extended hours until 9 pm will be available Thursday through Saturday starting Thanksgiving week, November 29.
